Each box fits up to six 250g dough balls (perfect for 12” pizzas) and comes with lids that keep the dough balls from drying out while they proof.
Ooni designed every aspect of the Ooni Pizza Dough Boxes with pizza makers in mind. They made the boxes white to minimize heat absorption and avoid over-proofing your dough. They gave them smooth, tapered internal walls so your dough balls are easy to remove. They molded in easy-grip handles for transport. We used durable, food-grade plastic for easy cleaning. And for all of us with limited cabinet space, the dough boxes nest inside each other for storage.
