IN PERSON CLASS: Mexican Flavours - Handmade Tortilla and More! Wed. May 15 (Cookery Yonge)

Wednesday, May 15, 7 pm - 9:30 pm Hands-On. (19+) 

Join Chef Anne Hynes and celebrate the flavours and textures of an exciting, diverse cuisine – the flavours of Mexico. In this class, we will make fresh tortillas full of toasty corn flavour; Camarones Enchipotlados (Shrimp in Chipotle sauce); Tacos de Pollo, Arroz a la Mexicana (classic Mexican rice); Guacamole, Lime Crema, Pickled Onions and Radish; and rich and decadent Tre Leche Cupcakes to finish our meal.

Wine is included in the price of class.  Wine pairings are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre.

If you have food sensitivities or dietary restrictions please check with your local Cookery location, before registration. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class.

Cookery maintains an optional masking policy, you are not required to wear one during the class, however if you feel more comfortable with one please bring one.
