Join Chef Flavia in an evening inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Emilia-Romagna, one of Italy’s most celebrated food regions. This is Italian comfort food at its best! Together we will make a duo of bruschetta—Roasted and Sun Dried Tomatoes, Balsamic and Parmigiano-Reggiono; garlickly Mascarpone, Pepperponcini, Mortadella, crushed Pistachios; classic Lasagne Verde alla Bolognese, made with spinach pasta, béchamel, rich ragù and plenty of Parmigiano-Reggiano. A fresh Fennel and Arugula salad brings a little brightness before we finish with a rich fudgy chocolate cake, Torta Tenerina.
Wine is included in the price of class. Wine pairings, a red and a white are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre.

Cookery maintains an optional masking policy, you are not required to wear one during the class, however if you feel more comfortable with one please bring one.
