I love Emile Henry's products. I chose red because it is a good fengshui colour for the location of my kitchen!! Since we have fungus gnats flying all over the place, a cover likely helps. I still love it. I waited for the sale for a year & the price had gone up 20%! Service of the Cookery team is always great!
