IN PERSON CLASS: Wines from Lesser-Known Regions, Tues. May 6 (Cookery Leslieville)

Have you ever looked at the shelves at the LCBO or bottle shops and noticed wines from places like Bulgaria, Canary Islands, Austria, Lebanon or some other ’new-to-you’ region and wondered what they tasted like? And maybe even, why are they so inexpensive?” Join Amy McIntyre, our resident wine expert in this class where we will open up those bottles, and embark on a journey to discover their centuries old wine making traditions – their history in a bottle. Together we will savour the convergence of time and terrior.

Wine is included in the price of class. 19+
