Good pot but price is not so good

I love this pot. But the price is high even with the sale. Thankfully it is was on sale the original price is egregious. I don’t print money at home

Creuset is excellent. Service was not

My Creuset is excellent and working exactly as I would expect it. When I went to pick it up, I decided to add a bread knife to my order. It took almost 20 mins to process this request. No one in the store knew where to find it. It was remarkable! I was astounded how long it took. I almost left. But the product was such a good price so I waited. They were kind. But so. So. So. Slow. I’ve worked in service for 15 years. No complaints with the products at all. The Dutch oven and knife are both great. But hoooo boy. The service was slow. And frazzled. The elder staff member much more so than the younger sales person on the floor.
