Ottolenghi's new book has several recipes I want to try. Like most of his recipes, they are labour-intensive, but the ingredients appear to be more readily available than was the case with many of his recipes in Plenty and his other earlier cookbooks. The flavour combinations are novel, the photographs are great and the recipes sound delicious.
