Best non-stick cooking pan that I have ever owned. I'm going to buy another one

I love my new pan and am following the instructions in order for the pan to perform and last for years.

Heats up very slowly. Cooked unevenly. I know you shouldn’t put the heat up high but at this stage I’m thinking of it because my food doesn’t look cooked and takes too long to cook .
