Come join Chef Anne Hynes and celebrate the bright flavours of Japanese Izakaya -light and fresh, big and bold, highly addictive comforting favourites. Tonight we make small plates of bold flavours beginning with Chicken and Scallion Yakitori with Miso glaze and Sunomono (quick pickles); Spicy Edamame; Veggie Gyoza with dipping sauce; Tonkatsu (breaded pork cutlet) with comforting Vegetable curry and Onigiri (hand shaped rice) with scratch made Furikake and cottony Japanese cheesecake with raspberries.
Wine is included in the price of class. Wine pairings are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre.
