Join Chef Adam Foley and celebrate this holiday season with an impressive meal of comforting classics with a festive flair. Together, we will make the classic Smoked Salmon Cakes with Remoulade and Greens; Herb Turkey Roulade with Stuffing, Hasselback Potatoes, Parsnip Puree, Pan Gravy and Sticky Toffee Pudding with Toffee Sauce and Chantilly Cream to end our glorious feast.
Wine is included in the price of class.
If you have food sensitivities or dietary restrictions please check with your local Cookery location, before attending the class. We always try to accommodate however adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class.
Cookery maintains an optional masking policy, you are not required to wear one during the class, however if you feel more comfortable with one please bring one.
