Great instant read thermometer.

Instructions should state that removal of protective tape is necessary before use.
Once I was given that info the thermometer is accurate and most important, readable!

Reading it right

This thermometer is easy to use and gives you a quick gauge of how well your feast is cooked. I had a friend bring over his thermometer that he paid a lot more for on Amazon. Virtually identical readings. The case provides a quick guide to proper meat temps as well as protection for the thermometer. Good piece of kit for your cucina.
