The ZWILLING ENFINIGY Drip Coffee Maker draws on our many years of expertise in steel processing to offer the premium high-temperature boiler. Its constant brewing temperature of 92 to 96°C ensures optimal preparation and a full-bodied coffee aroma, while the stainless steel interior is highly corrosion-resistant and particularly durable.
The coffee machine uses coffee filter size 4 and also features a blooming function for even greater aroma. This is inspired by hand filter brewing and pre-brews the coffee with a little water for a pleasantly soft mouthfeel. There is also a removable aroma funnel in the coffee machine, which ensures superb mixing in the carafe and prevents the formation of bitter sediment. The separate hotplate keeps your coffee warm for up to 40 minutes. The coffee maker's extra-large water tank holds 1.5 litres and the timer function allows you to set the machine in advance , for example, if you like waking up to freshly brewed coffee.
The drip coffee maker is designed by Milan-based designers Matteo Thun & Antonio Rodriguez and impresses with its timeless, minimalistic design.
