Extraordinary Customer Service

I work as a buyer in the Film and TV industry, which means that often times I'm going into shops and looking for multiples of something, with a fast turnaround, in perfect condition and occasionally I'm even looking for something that is not for sale. To this end, I'm not sure I've heard Alison, owner of The Cookery, say 'no, we can't do that' ...ever. She can problem solve, accommodate, source and generally pull off miracles with the best of them. The Cookery is not only stocked with quality product that is hard to find elsewhere in the city, but Alison has made a point to train her team in customer service to the highest degree. I'm really impressed and will be coming back for all of my kitchenware needs in the future, personally and professionally.
