Sharpen Your Knives and Upgrade Your Kitchen with the Shun Nakiri!
This month, we're highlighting one of the most fascinating and functional knives in our collection: the Shun Nakiri. If you’ve never tried a Japanese-style knife before, the Nakiri will surely catch your attention with its distinctive design. The Shun Nakiri combines beauty and practicality in the kitchen—its unique blunt tip provides safety while its straight edge offers precision when slicing and dicing vegetables.
Why Choose the Shun Nakiri?
-
Perfect for Vegetables: The straight edge and spine mean the blade doesn't need the rocking motion of a chef's knife. Instead, you can use a simple push cut for smooth, efficient slicing.
-
VG-MAX Steel Core: This top-of-the-line steel is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and holds an incredibly sharp edge. With a 16° bevel on each side, it's perfect for clean, precise cuts.
-
Comfortable Handle: The contoured Pakkawood handle has a walnut finish, offering both control and comfort during use while resisting moisture.
-
Crafted in Japan: Handcrafted for superior quality and craftsmanship.
Whether you’re preparing a salad or stir-fry, the Shun Nakiri makes the job easier and more enjoyable. It’s not just beautiful—it's a workhorse in the kitchen.
